Polyurethane waterproofing

We make surfaces waterproof and strong.

What is polyurethane (polyrethane)

Polyurethane - a reaction between polyols and isocyanates, during the chemical reaction of which we get a material that, for example, is commonly used for the production of various materials. For example, in the production of foam insulation (pu foam), adhesives and coatings. It is known for its durability, flexibility/elasticity, and resistance to wear and chemicals.

The solution we offer withstands even the harshest weather conditions and remains flexible in temperatures down to -40 degrees.

Polyurethane coatings

For waterproofing roofs and extending their life. Used in leak stoppages using the wet/wet method with reinforcement fabric. It can be used as waterproofing of concrete surfaces, to achieve a beautiful appearance, it is possible to apply decorative beads or anti-slippery taps to the material.

Polyurethane membrane

Polyurethane coatings are special coating materials that require a two-component chemical reaction to achieve. When applying, the product and air temperature, air humidity, soil moisture and temperature must be taken into account.

These coatings are known for their durability, abrasion resistance and weather resistance and are widely used in various industries such as; in the construction sector, automotive industry, furniture industry, etc. Polyurethane surface coatings are versatile and can be used to cover different surfaces; wood, metal, concrete, bitumen, pvc, stone, etc.

The most used polyurethane waterproofing products.
1k-pu single-component polyurethane

One-component polyurethane is a material that consists of only one component and hardens under the influence of air humidity. It is widely used in construction and repair work, such as filling cracks and joints, as an insulation material, to create fasteners and seals, and for many other purposes.

2k-pu two-component polyurethane

Two-component polyurethane is a material consisting of two different components that are mixed together before use. It is widely used in construction and industrial fields, such as insulation material, adhesive, coating material and much more.

PU-Aqua

It is a popular choice for finishing wood surfaces due to its low odor, easy cleaning and environmental friendliness. Water-based polyurethane is also known for its durability and resistance to yellowing over time. Widely used in the wood and furniture industry. For example, plaster is also used when covering facades or in damp rooms.

Advantages of polyurethane membrane for the roof

Polyurethane coating has very good water-repellent, weather- and corrosion-resistant properties. The material remains elastic up to -40 degrees.

  1. Durability: The polyurethane membrane ensures water resistance, increases the roof's resistance to moisture, UV radiation and other weather conditions.

  2. Longevity: Polyurethane membranes create long-term protection for the roof, which reduces the need for frequent repairs and extends the life of the roof.

  3. Waterproof: Polyurethane membranes form an effective water barrier that protects the roof from moisture and water damage and prevents leaks and moisture intrusion.

  4. Elasticity: Polyurethane membranes provide elasticity and flexibility to the roof, allowing it to adapt to the movement of the roof under conditions of temperature changes and structural stress.

  5. Energy efficiency: Polyurethane membranes can help improve the energy efficiency of a roof by reducing heat loss and improving roof insulation.

Advantages of polyurethane membrane for concrete.
  1. Durability: Polyurethane provides water resistance to concrete and increases its resistance to moisture and water damage.

  2. Longevity: The polyurethane layer creates long-term protection for the concrete, helping to reduce the need for maintenance and extending its life.

  3. Waterproof: Polyurethane membranes create an effective water barrier that prevents water from penetrating into the pores and cracks of concrete.

  4. Elasticity: Polyurethane packaging gives concrete flexibility, allowing it to adapt to temperature changes and prevent cracking.

  5. Corrosion resistance: Polyurethane has high corrosion resistance, which helps protect concrete from corrosion of metal structures.

Polyurethane membrane and waterproofing
  1. Durability: The polyurethane membrane provides waterproofing and increases the resistance of the structure to moisture and weather conditions.

  2. Longevity: Polyurethane membranes create long-term protection for surfaces, which reduces the need for frequent maintenance and extends the life of the structure.

  3. Waterproof: Polyurethane membranes form an effective water barrier that protects surfaces from moisture and water damage and prevents leaks and moisture intrusion.

  4. Elasticity: Polyurethane membranes provide elasticity and flexibility to surfaces, allowing them to adapt to structural movements and prevent cracking.

  5. Convenient installation:The polyurethane membrane is easy to install on different surfaces, ensuring fast and effective waterproofing.
